Each Portland Public School PTA is assigned two days per year to volunteer at the Portland Council PTA Clothing Center. Volunteer to represent Rigler Elementary on one of our volunteer days! Shifts run from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Marshall High School Campus in SE Portland. The PTA Clothing Center serves over 2000 students each school year, providing them with clothing and shoes so that they can feel good about attending school.
